私たちは編み物作家UとプロダクトクリエイターSの家族ユニット「SHURiN」です。

京都で暮らしています。

We are "SHURiN", a family unit of a knitting artist U, product creator S and happiness creator A.

We live in Kyoto, Japan.

「2人で一緒にクリエイティブな活動をしたい」

これが私たちの夢であり、目標の一つです。

家族の形はその数だけ存在します。

私たちの場合は「チーム」という感覚がとても強いです。

常にチームとしてやってきました。

それは今年娘が生まれてより一層強まったように感じます。

今は1日のほとんどをわたしは家事と育児、Sは会社で仕事をすることに使っています。

チームの中でそれぞれが役割を果たしている状態です。

でも先に書いたように本当は2人で一緒にクリエイティブな活動をしたいです。

そこでSHURiNの活動を始めました。

2人とも専門は違えどモノヅクリが好き。

これなら一緒にできる。

まだまだ歩き出したばかりの小さなユニットですが、いつか夢を叶えられるように一歩一歩進んでいきます。

This is our dream and one of our goals.

There are as many styles of families as there are ones.

In our case, we have a "team" mindset.

We have always been a team.

I feel that this has become even stronger with the birth of our daughter this year.

Now I spend most of the day doing housework and childcare, and S spends most of the day working at the company.

We each play our own role in the team.

But actually, we want to be creative together.

That is why we started SHURiN.

We both have different specialties, but we both love creating cthings.

We can do this together.

We are a small unit that has just started our journey.

But we will move forward step by step to make our dreams come true someday.
